How long is your delivery time for bulk order?
If aleady confirm the samples, it will take around 15-30 days.

Do we have to pay for sample-making? Who pays the sample freight?
General no charge for sample making, if the cost is too high we might consider charge a token charge, if sample making uses special fixture, the costs may require customers to bear. When the order reaches a certain amount, the cost of the fixture will be returned, and the sample freight shall be covered by the customer.

What are your terms of trade? What’s the mode of payment?
Our terms of trade generally is FOB,EXW,CIF, we can accept payment by T/T, Western Union, PayPal, Alipay.

What is the acceptable mode of shipment for your company?
Our company accept DHL, FEDEX, UPS, air freight, sea transportation etc. Based on the mode of FOB trade, we are cleared by customs and deliver the goods free of charge to the chinese port of designated by the customer. The international mode of shipment is determined by the customer.
